I simplified it and left out the almonds, oat bran, ice, and most of the milk, and it was delicious!
I just put in 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of 1% milk, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, and the lemon greek yogurt. It took just a few seconds (literally) to blend, and it’s the perfect consistency of a thick smoothie that’s drinkable through a smoothie straw. What I made came out more to 1-2 servings, but I put fewer ingredients in, so that makes sense.
