Looking for a new salmon dish? Try herb and citrus salmon – gorgeous and delicious!
1 side of salmon
3 cubes Gefen Parsley
3 cubes Gefen Dill
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
salt
pepper
1 lemon, scrubbed and sliced
1 orange, scrubbed and sliced
1/2 grapefruit, scrubbed and sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
In a small bowl, combine parsley, dill, mustard, honey, and salt and pepper.
Spread over a side of salmon and top with slices of lemon, orange, and grapefruit.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
