I was so excited when I saw that Heaven & Earth came out with an avocado oil mayo – such a great alternative to regular mayo. And this recipe… you guys, you’re going to be making it on repeat.
It’s creamy, flavorful, has just the right amount of kick, and works as the perfect staple dipping sauce for literally everything — fries, wraps, bowls, sandwiches, all of it. I just know you’re going to love this one.
2 chipotle peppers in adobo
1–2 tablespoons adobo sauce (depending on how spicy you like it)
juice of 1/4 of a small lemon
1 teaspoon Gefen Honey
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
salt, to taste
Add everything to a bowl or wide jar.
Use an immersion blender to zhuzh until smooth and creamy.
Store in a jar in the fridge.
