Ingredients

Homemade Granola Bars

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, such as Gefen

  • 2/3 cup Gefen Honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 and 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries/pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds/cashews (I used all)

Directions

1.

Line two eight-inch pans with parchment paper and set aside.

Place peanut butter in the microwave until you can stir it, approximately 30 seconds. Stir all ingredients together with a greased gloved hand and press evenly into pans. Freeze for two hours to harden, then keep refrigerated.
