These granola bars are so simple to make, and the taste is amazing! You may never want store-bought bars again.
3 cups oats
3/4 cup Gefen Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup Haddar Mini Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine the oats and eggs.
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave or in a double boiler until it reaches a runny consistency.
Add the melted peanut butter and honey to the oats mixture and mix well.
Add the nuts, dried cranberries, and mini chocolate chips.
Press the mixture into a lined 5×7-inch baking pan. Bake for 16 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Hi I just made this recipe with old-fashioned rolled oats and it just didn’t work- it crumbled up and didn’t hold its shape. I wonder if this recipe really calls for quick instant oats (or at least half-half). Please let us know what kind of oats are required here. I would like to try it again but this time the right way!! Thanks so much
can this be made with instant oats?
