Eat with plain white yogurt and fruit and you have a full and nutritious breakfast!
2 cups raw oats
1/2 cup raw chopped nuts
2 tablespoons natural date syrup, such as Heaven & Earth
1/4 cup sunflower seeds or pumpkinseeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
2 tablespoons Gefen Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until fully combined.
Spread on a Gefen Parchment Paper-lined baking sheet in a thin layer.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
