This parve chocolate ice cream is the real deal! Refreshing and quick to make, this ice cream has a creamy, smooth texture with a rich chocolate flavor. Sure to become a family favorite.

4 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and peaks form.
