Mix all ingredients together well.
To make homemade ranch dressing, mix 1/2 cup sour cream (dairy or parve), three tablespoons ranch spice mix, and one teaspoon lemon juice.
Ranch Chicken Two Ways:
1. Coat chicken of your choice generously with ranch spice mix. Roast on a baking sheet for about an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crisp.
2. Alternatively, mix 1/2 cup non-dairy sour cream, one tablespoon lemon juice, two tablespoons water, and two heaping tablespoons ranch spice mix. Marinate chicken for at least half an hour in the refrigerator. Remove chicken and discard excess marinade. Roast on a baking sheet for about an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crisp.
