4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs, pounded flat
1/4 cup Tonnelli Avocado Oil
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Glaze
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon honey
juice of 1 lemon
minced fresh garlic (measure with your heart)
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
salt
fresh, cleaned cilantro, for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, balsamic glaze, tomato paste, honey, and lemon juice. Add the garlic, thyme, oregano, and sweet paprika. Whisk again to combine.
Hammer the chicken flat and add to balsamic glaze marinade.
Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
