What if I do it with boneless breasts? Any suggestions?

Hi Cheryl,
You can definitely use use boneless chicken breasts! They cook a little faster so i would reduce the oven time by about 20-30 minutes and I would add a little more sauce since they tend to be a little dryer. Some people like to sear or score them beforehand as well.

Either way, sounds delicious!

Chicken: Skin On or Off? The ingredients say the chicken should be skinned; but, the instructions say cook skin side down. Is skin to be removed or not? Thank you.

Yes, the chicken skins are removed…You place them down on the side where they were.

I made this recipe for families with a sick child. They loved it! I marinate the chicken the day before which I think enhanced it.
