Ingredients

Honey Hawaij Jalapeno Baby Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs / baby chicken, each cut in half widthwise

  • 2 tablespoons Pereg Hawaij (for soup)

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

  • 2 green jalapenos sliced into thin rounds (omit the top portion if too spicy)

  • 1/4 cup lemon, juiced

Directions

1.

Marinate for 20 minutes or overnight in a ziplock bag or sealed bowl.

Grill until cooked through and blackened in spots. Alternatively, spread flat onto a lined cookie sheet and roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

3.

Drizzle with a bit more honey before plating.
