Diets utstanding chicken option for the grill. It may sneak its way into your dinner rotation!
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs / baby chicken, each cut in half widthwise
2 tablespoons Pereg Hawaij (for soup)
1 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 green jalapenos sliced into thin rounds (omit the top portion if too spicy)
1/4 cup lemon, juiced
1/4 cup Heaven & Earth Raw Honey
4 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
salt
pepper
Marinate for 20 minutes or overnight in a ziplock bag or sealed bowl.
Grill until cooked through and blackened in spots. Alternatively, spread flat onto a lined cookie sheet and roast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle with a bit more honey before plating.
