  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 pounds thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

1.

Mix together the lime juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl or plastic bag.

2.

Place the chicken in the marinade and marinate for at least one hour up to overnight (the longer the better).

3.

Either pan sear on a grill pan or grill until the chicken reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (about three to four minutes per side).
