The biggest problem with wings is how difficult they are to eat (not to mention clean!), and the biggest problem with drumsticks is that they’re too big to be a good party finger food, right? The answer: drumettes. Not only are they adorable, but the perfect size for a party plate. I highly recommend making more than you think you’ll need. They go fast and they’re super easy to make!
3 pounds (1 and 1/3 kilograms) drumettes (around 30 pieces)
1/2 cup hot sauce (I like sriracha)
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius.)
Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Lay the drumettes skin side up in a single layer on a baking sheet or two 9×13-inch pans. Pour the sauce over the drumettes so they’re covered, but not swimming in it.
Bake uncovered for one hour and 15 minutes until browned.

CHicken Bottoms? Can this work for regular chicken bottoms?
how should i adjust the baking?
thanks!
You could put this sauce on chicken bottoms, however they are much thicker pieces of meat. I would cook them for longer and make sure they are fully cooked.
Chicken cutlets Can I use chicken cutlets for this? Should I add bread crumbs?
You can. You might want to cook it for a shorter amount of time. Why would you add crumbs.
Honey-Hot Drumettes I wonder how this sauce would taste on baked potatoes. Anyone ever tried?
What could be bad? Spicy and hot potatoes?
Delicious and super simple to make! The wings turned out sticky and crispy, just how I wanted it!
