Diets All you need are just four ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry to whip up this Yom Tov–worthy side! Try it once, but keep in mind that you’ll be making this over and over again—they are addictive!
4 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional but recommended)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 9×13-inch pan, place sweet potatoes in a single layer.
In a small bowl, mix together orange juice, honey, and cayenne pepper. Pour over sweet potatoes.
Cover pan tightly and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, baste sweet potatoes with sauce, and roast uncovered for an additional 45 minutes until crispy on top.
