6–8 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1/2 cup Haddar Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 cup roughly chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine the mustard and honey. Pat the chicken dry to remove any excess moisture, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dip each drumstick into the mustard mixture and then coat with the pecans. Place on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.

Nut Free If you have a nut allergy (or you simply dislike nuts) can you bake without any coating or would any coating work?
