Feel free to pile this dip onto a salad, scoop it up with crackers or cut-up vegetables for an after-school snack, or toss with a warm pasta to be eaten later. The versatility of this cheesy mixture makes it an ideal recipe to keep in your fridge for the various meal emergencies that arise when you’re a hungry person and the one in charge of feeding hungry people.
6 ounces (170 grams) Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 cube Gefen Frozen Sautéed Onions (optional)
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with immersion blender.
Serve with cut-up vegetables, crackers, on top of salad, or tossed with warm pasta.
