4 peeled and cooked beets, such as Gefen, cubed
2 parsnips, chunked
2 turnips, chunked
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet and set aside.
Place vegetables onto baking sheet and toss with remaining ingredients.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Toss and return to oven for another 20 minutes, until golden.
