8 ounces dark chocolate
8 ounces Elite Milk Chocolate
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
15-20 lollipop sticks
hot milk, for serving
In a double boiler, melt the milk and dark chocolates together until smooth. Stir in the cocoa, confectioners’ sugar and salt into your melted chocolate. When it is completely mixed, scoop the chocolate into a silicone square baking mold.
Level off the top of the mold, and stick your lollipop sticks into the middle of each square. Freeze.
When the chocolate is frozen, pop them out of the molds, and you are done!
To serve, mix with hot milk.

Followed recipe exactly. Chocolate melted beautifully, however when adding the confectioners sugar and cocoa, it simply turned to mush, chocolate completely clumped up. Any tips?
Hmm..I wonder if you were to sift the cocoa and confectioner sugar, if that would help and try adding it slowly (not too much at once!)
