You have to try this hot chocolate pudding style! It’s a delicious treat! Add some whipped cream, cinnamon, or marshmallow fluff for a fun variation!
6 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
2/3 cup sugar
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
4 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch
Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Whisk the four tablespoons of milk together with the cornstarch in a small cup, and make sure it bubbles lightly before adding the cornstarch mixture.
Slowly add the cornstarch mixture,
Continue cooking, mixing constantly, until the hot chocolate reaches a pudding-like thickness. About two to three minutes.
