You’re going to love the delicious flavor of a caramelized brussel sprout in hot honey with a hint of smoke from the beef facon! Brussel sprouts are the star of this fun side dish with my roasting technique.
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Gefen Hot Honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (4-ounce) package beef facon
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss the frozen brussel sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 15 minutes.
Remove the brussel sprouts from the oven and drizzle with olive oil, hot honey, salt, and pepper.
Roast for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
While they are roasting, set a pan over medium-low heat. Dice the beef facon up into small cubes. Cook the facon, stirring often, until crispy.
Toss the roasted brussel sprouts and crisped beef facon together. Serve warm.
