Ingredients

Hot Honey Drumsticks

  • 6 drumsticks

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Hot Honey, plus additional for drizzling

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 cubes frozen garlic

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients in a resealable bag.

2.

Massage until evenly coated.

3.

Refrigerate overnight, or at least one hour.

4.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5.

Place the drumsticks on the baking sheet. Bake for one hour.

6.

Drizzle more hot honey over chicken before serving.

Notes:

Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Reheat in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 15–20 minutes to retain some crispiness and to warm the glaze. If the glaze looks thin after reheating, brush on a little extra hot honey before serving.
