Your next favorite salmon recipe is right here. Only a few ingredients, bold flavor, and kid-approved! Worried about the heat level? This dish actually isn’t overly spicy at all.
1 side (1 and 1/2 pounds) salmon, skin on
salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 cup Gefen Hot Honey (or see tip)
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place salmon on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, spicy honey sauce, and two tablespoons chives. Spoon all over the salmon, spreading evenly.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Move to the lowest rack, set oven to broil, and broil for six minutes.
Immediately after removing from the oven, brush the glaze at the bottom of the pan back over the salmon. Garnish with additional chives.
