Diets Bento boxes are all the rage right now! They take a boring lunch and make it fun! Tortilla chips are an exciting different way to send along lunch! I mean, who doesn’t love dipping all sorts of goodies into hummus!
When packing a bento box, use disposable muffin cups to keep the food separate. The ideas for a bento box are endless! Grapes, sliced cucumbers, blueberries, sliced apples, mini pretzels, mini cookies, salsa and tortilla chips, tuna and crackers…
1 package Pas Wraps
cooking spray
1 teaspoon salt
1 container Holy Hummus
1 package baby carrots
individually wrapped Chevington Cheese
Cut the wraps into triangles (easiest way to do it is using a very sharp good knife cut the whole pile at once, as if you’re slicing a pizza to create the triangles).
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place the sliced wraps on the cookie sheet.
Top with salt and additional cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. Watch that it doesn’t burn.
Store in a cool dry place until ready to use. They also freeze very well.
Place some chips in a container, along with some hummus, baby carrots and Chevington cheese.
