Ingredients

Ingrid's Noodle Salad

  • ½ cup spring onion

  • ½ cup fresh cucumber

  • 500 g fancy noodles

  • 2 large tomatoes

  • ½ cup chopped celery

  • ½ cup green pepper

Dressing

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • lots of chopped parsley

  • 1½ cups mayonnaise

  • ½ cup tomato sauce

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • few drops Tabasco

  • salt

Directions

Prepare Ingrid's Noodle Salad

1.

Boil noodles. Don’t over cook.

2.

Chop vegetables small.

3.

Add vegetables to noodles.

4.

Pour over sauce.
