Diets These bars are out of this world! I love the combination of flavors and the fact that they’re actually good for you! The best thing is that they’re so easy to make that you can throw in a new batch on a weekly basis and have a healthy snack waiting for you in no time at all! Yields 12–20 bars
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup nuts of your choice (I used walnuts)
4 dried dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons Gefen Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
Process the first four ingredients in a food processor with the S-blade for about 20 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture comes together in small clumps.
Transfer to an eight-inch (20-centimeter) square pan and press down firmly to form a thick square.
Cut into bars or squares and chill or freeze until ready to use.
