Close your eyes while you eat this toast; whether you’re on vacation or not, you will feel almost as though you’re sitting in the Old City in Jerusalem. Can be served on gluten-free bread if desired.

Prepare the Toast
Spread a thin layer of chumus on toast.
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and chickpeas. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and a spritz of lemon juice. Place Israeli salad on top of toast.
