1 sweet potato, washed and cut in half lengthwise
a bit of salt
a bit of black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
a bit of oil
tahini
honey
some chopped nuts of your choice, preferred walnuts
Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the sweet potato well. Then, cut your sweet potato in half lengthwise.
With a knife, make crisscross cuts inside the potatoes. Do not cut through, just a bit.
Add some oil, salt, pepper and brown sugar to the potatoes.
With your hands, work them into the slits so they are evenly coated.
Bake it in the oven face down for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from oven when soft.
Let cool on a cooling rack.
Drizzle tahini and honey across the potatoes.
Garnish with some nuts. Serve warm. Enjoy.
