A chicken dish that is simple to prepare, healthy (sugar-free!), and a bit different than the usual. The chicken is marinated in white wine and cooked with vegetables.
Directions
Prepare the Chicken
1. Place chicken in a two-quart casserole.
2. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken. Marinate chicken for two hours or overnight.
3. Add ingredients for sauce and cook on the stove for two hours over low heat until chicken is tender (or bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2 Hours?? and what type of chicken? What type of chicken is used in this recipe? I see the picture shows chicken breast but won’t cooking it at 350 for 2 hours dry it out?
It actually looks like chicken thighs in the photo to me. Regardless of what’s in the photo, I would recommend using chicken thighs for this recipe. Enjoy!
