Ingredients

Italian Chop-Chop Salad

  • 6 slices turkey roll

  • 6 slices salami

  • 6 slices beef prosciutto

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Banana Peppers

  • 1 medium beef tomato

  • 1/2 small red onion

  • 1 8-ounce (225-gram) bag shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1.

Place the turkey, salami, prosciutto, peppers, tomato, and onion onto a large board. Chop everything together with a large chef’s knife until it’s to your desired size. Place it all in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.

Mix well until everything is fully combined.

3.

Enjoy as is or place inside a baguette or hoagie roll.
