Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 ounces romaine lettuce

  • 8 ounces purple cabbage

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 yellow pepper, diced

  • 2 Persian cucumbers, diced

  • 1 cup freshly grated Tuscanini Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup Tuscanini Kalamata Olives

  • 1/2 cup pickled red onions

  • 3/4 ounce fresh basil leaves, diced

  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Italian Dressing

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1.

Toss the salad components in a large salad bowl.

2.

Place the dressing ingredients into a medium container, and mix to combine.

3.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving.
