This recipe was submitted months ago for my Nothin’ Fancy column by dear reader Ayala Ashkenazi, I knew it would be perfect for the French fry bar. Ayala, you probably gave up hope of ever seeing your recipe in print, but here it is!
16 ounces Beleaves Frozen French Fries
3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and spread French fries on the tray.
Dollop mayonnaise over the fries. Sprinkle with salt, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
Toss (directly on the sheet) to distribute evenly, then spread fries in a single layer.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until desired crispiness is achieved.
