Prepare the Burgers

  1. Gently combine ground beef and spices.

  2. Form into patties. Make an indentation with your thumb on one side of each burger.

  3. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill to 150–160 degrees Fahrenheit, or five minutes per side, for medium–well burgers.
