This is a beyond delicious recipe! My husband, who does not like any form of ground meat, loves when I make these! Hope you enjoy!!
A Cooks Compete winner.
2 pounds (900 grams) ground beef
1 onion, sautéed
4–6 scallions, chopped
salt
pepper
garlic powder
hot sauce (mild or hot)
paprika
Combine the meat and both onions along with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Form into burgers.
Using a brush, brush the hot sauce on the side of the burger just before it goes on the grill. I usually grill till the burger is cooked to medium.
