This is a beyond delicious recipe! My husband, who does not like any form of ground meat, loves when I make these! Hope you enjoy!!

Ingredients

For Burgers

  • 2 pounds (900 grams) ground beef

  • 1 onion, sautéed

  • 4–6 scallions, chopped

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • hot sauce (mild or hot)

  • paprika

Directions

Prepare the Burgers

1.

Combine the meat and both onions along with the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Form into burgers.

Using a brush, brush the hot sauce on the side of the burger just before it goes on the grill. I usually grill till the burger is cooked to medium.

Tips:

You can grill some tomatoes and onions to put inside the bun as well.
