This chicken is my go-to for many events, ranging from family get-togethers to kimpeturin suppers and of course, just plain dinner. Serve with baked white and fluffy rice, and don’t be surprised when the plates are licked clean.
2 pounds chicken cutlets
flour to coat
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat nuggets in flour and place in a baking dish, in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Pour over nuggets and mix to coat fully.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir.
