chocolate chip cookies with a twist
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup oil
1 cup mini chocolate lentils
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350゚.
In a separate bowl stir together flour, salt, and baking soda set it aside.
In a large bowl, cream together oil, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
Slowly beaten one egg at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract. Mix in dry ingredients until well mixed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookies onto a baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and cool on the baking sheet. Enjoy.
