1/2 c boiling water
4 T sugar
1 T paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c oil
Mix all togther by hand.
Place either in parchment paper into Cholent or make into balls and drop.
