Diets A yummy fruit salad with a nothing-to-it dressing; tastes good and good for you too!
2 oranges, peeled and segmented (Reserve 2 tablespoons of the juice of the oranges that will inevitably fall when you cut the orange. If you don’t get 2 tablespoons, add 2 tablespoons of your own orange juice.)
1 blood orange, peeled and segmented
3 cups diced golden pineapple
4 kiwis, peeled and cut slightly larger than a dice
1 cup pomegranate seed arils
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Mix everything together, and enjoy!
