This is such a wonderful and easy-to-make starter that will surely wow your guests. It looks like something you would order at a 5-star restaurant, but it’s ready in about 5 minutes.200-300 grams labneh (this can be substituted with any creamy cheese like mascarpone, feta, plain cream cheese)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves
a small bunch of fresh rosemary (about 15 grams)
zest of 1/2 of a lemon
a pinch of salt and pepper
Finely chop the rosemary and garlic.
Mix the rosemary and garlic together with the olive oil.
Spread the cheese on a platter, creating some swirls in it with a spoon.
Drizzle the rosemary garlic oil on the cheese with a spoon.
Sprinkle the lemon zest, salt, pepper and a few more sprigs of fresh rosemary on top.
Serve with pita or raw vegetables.
