Fill a large frying pan with a couple inches of oil and heat to 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
In a separate bowl, empty the latke mix.
Cut each string cheese in half. Dip each string cheese into the egg mixture and then into the latke mix, then into the egg again and latke mix again.
Fry in batches until crust is golden brown, about one minute.
Remove from frying pan and place on a paper towel to allow some oil to drain off.
Serve warm with Tuscanini Crushed Tomatoes.
