Start Cooking

Prepare the Patties

  1. Slice leeks thinly and cook until just softened. Drain well, removing any excess liquid.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.

  3. Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet. Form patties and fry on both sides. Drain on paper towel.
