Lemon and Honey Roasted Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In small bowl, combine honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Set the chickens on a baking sheet and season with kosher salt, pepper and fresh rosemary.
Scatter garlic and lemon on chicken and between chicken pieces.
Brush two-thirds of the honey glaze over the chicken.
Bake uncovered on center rack for 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush with remaining glaze.
Bake for about 45 minutes, until the juices run clear when the thighs are pierced.
