1. Soak salmon in lemon juice for 5 minutes, flipping over halfway through. Discard extra juice.
2. Place salmon in a glass baking dish. Coat lightly in mayo. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper seasoning. Sprinkle with plenty of chopped fresh dill.
3. Broil for 10 minutes. Cover and bake 15 more minutes on 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from oven and leave sealed/covered until completely cool.
