Simple yet delicious, these juicy chicken skewers will satisfy the entire family. The lemon adds a wonderful flavor without being overpowering.
1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken tenders
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice or Gefen Lemon Juice
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to high broil.
Soak skewers in cold water to avoid a burnt odor when broiling.
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and black pepper.
Add chicken; toss to coat all pieces evenly.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Arrange skewers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Broil until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
