Lemon-Dill Grilled Chicken Satay

  • 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 12 lemons, thinly sliced

  • 2 pounds chicken, cut in 24 (1-inch) cubes

  • fresh dill, to garnish

You Will Also Need

  • 12 (4-inch) skewers

Directions

1.

In a jar, combine oil, honey, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Seal and shake well.

In a bowl, pour half the marinade over the chicken and cover. Marinate at least two hours and up to overnight. Reserve the rest of the marinade in the fridge for use in step 5.

Thread chicken and lemon slices onto skewers: chicken, folded lemon, chicken.

4.

Grill four to six minutes per side.

5.

Just before serving, drizzle reserved marinade over the skewers. Garnish with fresh dill.
