Lemon-Pepper Pasta

A perfectly simple and delicious weeknight pasta dish.


Prepare the Lemon-Pepper Pasta

1. In a saucepan over a medium flame, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for one minute.
2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for two minutes.
3. Pour sauce over pasta and toss. Garnish with parsley if desired.
4. Once individually plated, you can add an additional splash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
