There’s something so fresh and delicious about the combination of the lemon juice and zaatar! This is the perfect side dish to accompany any meal!

Ingredients

Lemon Za’atar Cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons zaatar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Prepare the Lemon Za’atar Cauliflower

1.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and zaatar. Pour over the cauliflower and mix well.

3.

Spread the cauliflower out on the baking sheet into a single layer that doesn’t overlap. Place the lemon slices on the baking sheet around the cauliflower. Roast at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

4.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes:

If using frozen cauliflower, I do not recommend thawing it first. Place it directly onto the pan and try to work quickly when seasoning it. Make sure the pan is not overcrowded and that the cauliflower is all in one layer before roasting.
