Diets Wanna bubble things up? Here’s a recipe for a sparkling and crazy lemonana and fruit drink, Tel Aviv style.
1/2 cup (120 milliliters) concentrated and chilled Wissotzky Nana-Lemon infusion (1/2 cup boiling water over 2 tea bags)
1/3 cup ice
1 nectarine or peach, quartered
3 to 4 fresh blueberries, cleaned and inspected
sprigs of fresh thyme, rosemary, and sage, cleaned and inspected
1/3 cup (80 milliliters) seltzer
Place the ice cubes in a serving glass.
Add the nectarine and blueberry quarters.
Place the thyme, rosemary, and sage along the sides of the glass.
Pour the Nana-Lemon infusion and seltzer into the serving glass. Stir and serve.
