  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 teaspoon Bartenura Olive Oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lime juice

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • freshly chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)

Directions

Make the Rice

1.

Combine cooked rice, olive oil, zest and juice together in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper. Adjust other flavors to your personal taste. Enjoy with any Mexican-inspired meal.
