Refreshing! This melon salad makes a great, pretty appetizer!

Lime Syrup

Fruit Salad

Start Cooking

For the Syrup

  1. For lime syrup, combine sugar and water in small pot; cook over medium-high heat. Bring to boiling; cook three minutes until syrupy.

  2. Remove from heat to small bowl and cool 10 minutes. Stir in lime peel and juice, cover and refrigerate.

For the Salad

  1. Peel, seed, and cube melons, and place in a large bowl.

  2. Before serving, add lime syrup to bowl and toss gently to combine.
