Ingredients

Lo Mein

  • sweet chili

  • 1 package thin spaghetti

  • 1/2 C soy sauce

  • 1/2 C oil

  • 1/4 C sugar

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 yellow/orange pepper

  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Prepare the Lo Mein

1.

Boil and drain pasta.

2.

Combine soy sauce, oil, and sugar. Pour over pasta and set aside.

3.

Sauté the vegetables.

4.

Add a squeeze of sweet chili to the vegetables and cook another minute.

5.

Mix vegetables into pasta.

Really very good! I used my own mix of vegis plus some browned chopped meat. Still, I think half the oil and sugar would probably be enough, will tey cutting back next time.
